Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is looking for an IT consultant to join BCG Platinion in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves tackling core IT challenges for leading global companies through digital and AI transformations. You will work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams, helping to shape innovative technology strategies and scalable solutions.

Candidates should have a degree in business informatics, computer science, or engineering, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Fluency in Polish and English is required, along with an analytical mindset and flexibility to travel.

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in IT consulting or a related area.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• First practical experience in IT consulting or a related area (min. 1 year)
• Familiarity with key concepts such as AI, machine learning, DevOps, agile, cyber resilience, and cloud technologies
• Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for tackling complex digital challenges
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and international environments
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
