Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior AI Solution Architect to serve as the technical authority for AI solution architecture across priority use cases, bridging reusable platform services and production delivery. • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with 3–5 years focused on AI/ML solutions.
• Proven ability to design scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns across multiple use cases and teams.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and LLM orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client AI teams to understand priority use cases and existing architecture.
• Define and enforce standard AI architecture patterns across use cases, including model selection and LLM orchestration.
• Identify and consolidate duplicated components into shared reusable services to reduce technical debt and improve delivery.
• Design and implement observability, evaluation, and monitoring for AI systems in production.
• Participate in PI Planning and executive reviews, advising VP/Director-level stakeholders.
