Gainsight is seeking a Staff AI Security Architect to lead threat modeling, security reviews, and guardrail design for our AI-powered products. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, IT, Legal, and GRC to secure AI workloads and cloud-native architectures.

This is a hybrid role based in Wrocław, Poland, with travel up to 25% for team meetings and training. You bring 8+ years in security roles, strong knowledge of AI-specific threats, and the ability to communicate risk to

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in security architecture, security engineering, or application security.
Deep understanding of AI-specific threats and mitigations.
Proven experience leading threat modeling and security design reviews for complex systems.
Strong grounding in cloud-native architecture on a major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience designing guardrails and controls for AI systems and data protection.
Knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.

Responsabilités

Lead threat modeling and security design reviews for LLM-based features and agentic workflows.
Set reference architectures and guardrails for AI development and adoption, and assess risks of third-party models and AI vendors.
Translate evolving AI risk guidance into practical engineering standards and advise leaders on tradeoffs.
