Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a skilled Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer with expertise in AI Agentic Security Testing to join our client's security team and support key R&D activities.

This role focuses on developing and implementing AI-agentic solutions to enhance security testing and vulnerability management across the client's product ecosystem, collaborating with the security team to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities using advanced AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and Rust.
• Proficiency in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
• Background in Vulnerability Management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems and orchestration layers for autonomous security testing.
• Develop large-scale security testing frameworks and pipelines.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning using LoRA/QLoRA for security domains.
• Generate and manage large security testing datasets.
• Conduct security testing to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software.
• Share best practices on AI-driven secure testing with the security team.
• Track AI-specific vulnerabilities and propose mitigations.
• Contribute to standardization and scaling of automated testing methodologies.
