Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer with expertise in AI-agentic security testing to join the client's security team and support key R&D activities. The role focuses on developing and implementing AI-agentic solutions to enhance security testing and vulnerability management within software ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and Rust.
• Proficiency in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
• Background in Vulnerability Management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows.
• Develop robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, or similar) for security domains.
• Generate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing.
• Conduct security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions.
• Provide guidance on AI-driven secure testing methodologies with the internal security team.
• Track the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies.
