Job summary

DCG, a recruitment partner, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with Databricks to join client projects in Poland. You will design data processing solutions in Azure, build ETL/ELT pipelines, and advance OCR-based document processing with IDP.

We're looking for strong Data Engineering experience, hands-on Azure Databricks and Synapse, and good English for international collaboration. Location: Warsaw area; salary 150–200 PLN net per hour + VAT.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Very good knowledge of Azure Cloud services.
• Experience working with Azure Data Lake.
• Experience in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing & BI, Data Mining, DataOps.
• Exposure to Machine Learning projects.
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development practices.
• Experience with OCR, IDP, or Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Knowledge of NLP and text analytics.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Strong communication skills for international environments.
• Experience with multilingual document processing solutions.

Responsibilities
