Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer for a remote role focused on agent tools, schemas, and integration with the Semantic Retriever. You will deploy structured interfaces for multi-agent workflows and craft prompts to generate structured LLM outputs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software or AI/ML, strong Python and Pydantic skills, and experience with LangGraph and semantic retrieval. Polish residency is required, and English must be advanced.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Pydantic schema development.
• Expertise in API orchestration and tool architecture.
• Practical knowledge of LangGraph and experience with semantic retrieval integration.
• Ability to implement complex prompts and generate structured LLM outputs.
• Advanced level of English.
• Residing in Poland required.
