Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join a remote, innovation-driven team focused on agent engineering. You will own the Workflow Compiler project, drive technical direction, and coordinate a group of AI/ML engineers across related systems.

You will mentor engineers, perform rigorous code reviews, and ensure high-quality integration of AgentCore and LangGraph, while advancing LLM orchestration and prompt engineering capabilities in a fast-changing environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design
• Advanced English and residency in Poland

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join our innovative team focused on agent engineering. In this remote role, you will drive the technical implementation of agent-based projects and lead a talented group of AI/ML engineers. You will take full ownership of the Workflow Compiler development, integrate AgentCore and LangGraph, and build the execution framework while ensuring consistent implementation of agent patterns across the organization. Your tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python and its applications in AI/ML
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and agent workflow design
• Experience integrating with Bedrock AgentCore
• Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and prompt evaluation
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and code review skills
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland
