Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join the team in a remote role focused on agent engineering. You will build tools for AI agents, define their schemas, and ensure integration with the Semantic Retriever.

You will deploy structured interfaces for multi-agent workflows, implement complex prompts, and generate structured LLM outputs while writing thorough unit tests. Strong Python/Pydantic skills and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering or AI/ML experience.
