Job summary

Mirantis is building a European AI Infrastructure & Platform Operations team to run large-scale AI environments powered by NVIDIA GPUs, Kubernetes, and cutting-edge platform tech. As a Senior AI Infrastructure & Platform Operations Engineer, you’ll lead technical investigations, shape reliability standards, and drive automation initiatives within the k0rdent AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

7+ years in infrastructure operations, platform operations, or SRE roles.
Expert-level Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Strong networking skills for complex environments.
Proven track record leading technical investigations and incidents.
Experience with observability and monitoring practices.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, and platform incidents.
Act as senior escalation point during high-severity events.
Support large-scale NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and high-performance networking.
Troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and hardware issues.
Analyze reliability trends; drive long-term corrective actions.
Mentor engineers and contribute to runbooks and SOPs.
Define operational processes, escalation paths, and service reliability standards.
