Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Engineer to design, deploy, and operate cloud AI infrastructure built on Kubernetes and NVIDIA hardware. You will work with distributed teams, mentor customers, and drive automation across the DevOps lifecycle.

You will contribute to reliability, security, and performance while aligning with Mirantis’ open‑standards approach and open source leadership. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenStack.
• Experience with high‑performance data center processing, networking and storage.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem solving in Linux, networking and storage with performance focus.
• Ability to work with customers and lead technical tasks in diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate cloud-based AI infrastructure on CNCF stack.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes/OpenStack-based systems on NVIDIA hardware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements.
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of container platforms.
• Mentor teammates and Mirantis customers on best practices.
• Lead technical tasks and review code to ensure quality.
• Stay current with cloud operations trends and innovations.
• Automate DevOps processes and AI-driven workflows across lifecycle.
