Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to connect user needs with data and ML-based solutions, delivering end-to-end AI systems spanning LLM-powered workflows, Python services, data integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

You will own ML automation project delivery from design to deployment, design LLM workflows, and integrate tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Perforce, and Unreal Engine, while ensuring robust testing, observability, and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Python software development experience.
• End-to-end software systems delivery including backend and data repos.
• 2+ years in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• LLM-based workflow design and prompt engineering experience.
• API integrations with third-party tools and data platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously and own ambiguous problems.
• Fluent Polish and English; entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of ML automation projects from design through deployment.
• Design and configure LLM-powered workflows using prompts, tools, APIs, and MCPs.
• Integrate AI tools with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, GitLab/Perforce, and Unreal Engine via APIs.
• Build and maintain scalable Python-based cloud services.
• Establish testing, observability, security, and reliability practices.
• Explore emerging AI/ML techniques and translate findings into business solutions.
