Job summary

Sherpany is expanding its AI capabilities and seeks an Senior AI Engineer to build and optimize AI components for its product line. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver practical AI solutions aligned with business goals.

You will work on advanced AI techniques, ensure production-quality workflows, and contribute to scalable, secure deployments while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering in production environments.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and vector databases; experience with orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with on-prem deployments and cloud AI platforms is beneficial.
