VML is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our Azure environment. The role focuses on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.

The candidate will work closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to translate the target architecture into reliable, secure, and scalable AI services.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Understanding of AI security, observability and production reliability.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and engineers and contribute to implementation decisions.

The opportunity

The role will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation frameworks, working closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to turn the target architecture into reliable, secure and scalable AI services.

Poland Pay Range

130 zł—190 zł PLN

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines.
