Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our Azure environment. You will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration and structured outputs.

Collaborating with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead, you’ll design and implement backend services to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable AI deployments while delivering guardrails and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI and AI agents.
• Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Understanding of Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
• Knowledge of AI security, observability and production reliability.

Senior AI Engineer needed to design and implement production-grade AI agents and GenAI capabilities within our client's Azure environment.

The opportunity

The role will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation frameworks, working closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to turn the target architecture into reliable, secure and scalable AI services.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

In addition to the salary range provided, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees’ wellbeing and professional growth. Poland Pay Range: 130 zł PLN - 190 zł PLN
