Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a full-time role focused on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration and secure, scalable AI services. You will work closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to translate target architecture into reliable solutions.

The role involves prompt engineering, building evaluation frameworks, designing agent orchestration, and backend/API integration with enterprise systems.

Senior AI Engineer

Full-time position located in Poland, but the selection process will be conducted in English.

The opportunity

The role will focus on LLM integration, RAG and context retrieval, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation frameworks, working closely with the Solution Architect and Technical Lead to turn the target architecture into reliable, secure and scalable AI services.

Salary & Benefits

Poland Pay Range: 130 zł PLN - 190 zł PLN

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines.
