Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Frontend Designer with deep UX foundations to join our Digital Practice. You will work across design and front-end development, collaborating with two senior designers and a product manager to feed an AI-augmented team.

We expect 8+ years of design experience, proficiency with Figma, and trajectory toward React (TypeScript). The role involves contributing to a design system and agile product delivery at scale from our Katowice site.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional design experience delivering shipped digital products.
Proven proficiency with Figma, and capable with Adobe XD as fallback.
Hands-on experience using AI tooling in design workflows (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, Claude).
trajectory into React (TypeScript) front-end development with tangible artifacts.
Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
Experience working in Agile teams with engineering and product management.
Strong written and verbal communication across global stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end product design: interaction, visual design, prototyping, QA and handoff.
Extend existing senior designers' work and translate patterns into new designs.
Collaborate with designers and product manager to produce artefacts for AI-augmented development.
Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate idea-to-clickable artifacts and UI integration.
Contribute to design system evolution for AI tooling readability.
Engage with product management to refine acceptance criteria and verify user needs.
