Job summary

Hatch is seeking a frontend designer with deep UX foundations to join the Digital Practice in Katowice. You will work with AI-assisted design workflows and contribute to a React (TypeScript) front-end alongside an existing design team.

The role emphasizes design-system contributions, collaboration with product management, and a path toward ownership of UI in production code within an AI-augmented team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience with shipped digital products.
• Strong proficiency with Figma including component libraries and auto-layout.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling in design workflows (Figma Make, Lovable, Claude).
• Active trajectory into React (TypeScript) front-end development; committed code or shipped UI evidence.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end product design: interaction and visual design, prototyping, QA and handoff.
• Collaborate with senior designers and product manager to feed AI-augmented development team.
• Contribute to design systems and ensure AI-tooling readability for developers.
