Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deliver production-grade AI agent solutions. This role is fully remote from Poland and involves integrating agent components within existing platforms.

You will collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to tackle complex technical challenges, adhere to AI governance and security standards, and contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and observability practices across Agile squads.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience with on-premise Kafka environments.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Production experience with Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• CI/CD, DevOps/MLOps, automated testing concepts.
• Experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing.
• AI observability with Arize is a plus.
• Proficient English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver production-grade AI agent solutions.
• Own end-to-end integration of agent components into platforms.
• Collaborate with Leads and Engineers to solve complex tech questions.
• Ensure alignment with AI governance, security and IT compliance.
• Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and observability practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies as a squad member.
