Sii Poland in Kraków is seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent Developer and Solution Architect to design and implement AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will balance hands-on delivery with mentoring and knowledge sharing, establishing best practices and architecture standards to scale AI-powered business solutions.

Responsibilities include designing AI agents with Copilot Studio and Power Platform, defining architectures, integrating with enterprise systems, and guiding governance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering AI agents and intelligent automation
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and business platforms
• Solid understanding of AI architecture, governance, security, and compliance considerations
• Experience coaching technical teams and facilitating knowledge transfer
• Fluency in English
• Availability to start as soon as possible, preferably from September

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
• Define solution architectures for AI-driven processes and automation
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and business systems
• Advise on AI governance, security, licensing, and operational best practices
• Conduct technical workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to upskill internal teams
• Create reusable architectural blueprints, design patterns, and implementation guidelines
