Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a skilled architect to drive Copilot Studio and Power Platform initiatives across the organization in Warsaw. The role focuses on enabling adoption, governance, and scalable AI-powered solutions for business teams.

You will coach developers and business users, design reusable templates, and guide integration patterns and security considerations for AI-driven platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with proven experience in Power Platform solution development and architecture.
• Ability to design reusable Copilot Studio templates and solution accelerators.
• Experience coaching developers, business users, and technical teams on Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities.
• Strong skills in facilitating workshops and adoption activities.
• Knowledge of governance, integration patterns, and security in AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, enablement, standardization, and advisory services for Copilot Studio and Power Platform across the organization.
• Support stakeholders throughout AI agent initiatives from ideation to implementation readiness.
• Provide hands-on guidance through governance best practices and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
• Advise on connector usage, integration patterns, authentication, security, data source selection, and environment strategy.
