Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent Developer and Solution Architect to design and implement AI agents and intelligent automation within the Microsoft ecosystem in Łódź. You will blend hands-on delivery with mentoring to build long-term capabilities around AI-powered business solutions.

Key responsibilities include shaping AI architectures, integrating AI with enterprise systems, and guiding governance, security, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and delivering AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and business platforms.
• Solid understanding of AI architecture, governance, security, and compliance considerations.
• Experience coaching technical teams and facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability to start as soon as possible, preferably from September.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Define solution architectures for AI-driven business processes and intelligent automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and business systems.
• Advise on AI governance, security, licensing, and operational best practices.
• Conduct technical workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to upskill internal teams.
• Create reusable architectural blueprints, design patterns, and implementation guidelines.
