Arηs Group, part of Accenture, seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams in Warsaw. You will facilitate scrum ceremonies, coach developers, and help the team resolve impediments while aligning with product goals and release planning.

The role requires strong English (B2) and 5+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a similar Scrum-focused position. International context and mentoring are key aspects of this role in a dynamic public-sector IT environment.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, techniques and practices.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitating meetings for the scrum team.
• Coaching team members and fostering self-organization.
• Facilitating agile team learning and writing/adapting user stories and backlog items.
• Supporting product owner in backlog optimization and release planning.
• Ensuring effective use of scrum logs, metrics and charts.
