Job summary

Arηs Group seeks an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team, and enable high-quality software delivery. You will help the team write user stories, manage the backlog, and improve processes through metrics and collaboration with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, conflict mediation, and enabling self-organising cross-functional teams within a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates English proficiency at minimum B2.
• At least 5 years in IT, with 3+ in a relevant role.
• Certification: at least one internationally recognized credential.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Facilitating meetings for the scrum team
• Coaching team members, mediating through conflicts, helping the team to make decisions, fostering the developer team’s self-organisation, mediating the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner (more features)
• Facilitating agile team learning process
• Helping to write or split user stories, to write or adapt product visions, to order product backlog items, the release planning.
• Facilitation open communication between the scrum team with other stakeholders
• Supporting the team in getting rid of impediments
• Supporting product owner in optimization of product backlog
• Safeguarding, monitoring and improving the method of teamwork
• Leading for adoption of scum for stakeholders
• Implementing changes to increase team’s productivity
• Supporting the team in effective use of scrum logs, metrics, charts etc.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• At least 5years of experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of 3years must be relevant professional experience to this role

At least 1 certification among:

• or an equivalent certification recognized internationally

Knowledge and skills

• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, technics and practices.
• Has got hands on experience in Scrum management, up to the amount of years per profile requested at the "minimum experience at similar position"
• Expert in estimating and planning of iterative and incremental software developments
• Has knowledge of other agile approaches like Kanban, XP, etc.
• Possesses excellent communication, conflict resolution, leadership and mentoring skills
• Possess experience as a team lead

Specific requirements

• Experienced expert in scrum team ceremonies, able to provide examples from the own projects
• Introduced at least 3 improvements in the organization of the team last 12 months
• Demonstrates involvement into business context and goals of the scrum tasks
