Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Senior Technical Researcher/Engineer to join the AdTech Technical Research Team. You will conduct in-depth research, experiment with new technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration potential across our systems.

The role requires a strong programming background, the ability to understand large architectures, and a proactive, independent mindset. You will contribute by building PoCs and evaluating feasibility for deployment in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as researcher or engineer.
• Strong technical proficiency: programming skills and understanding large systems.
• Willingness to experiment & learn in the ad tech domain.
• Independence & proactive attitude with high standards.
• Goal-oriented mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative communication with teams and external organizations.
• Ability to build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and explore latest technologies in the ad tech domain.
• Experiment with new technologies, evaluate feasibility, and assess integration potential.
