Job summary

RTB House is a global company building state-of-the-art marketing technologies. We seek a Senior Engineer for our Bidding Platform to steer complex, cross-team projects and own performance-critical components used in real-time ad auctions.

You will design scalable services, lead technical decisions, and collaborate with DevOps, data, and product teams across the world, ensuring high standards and robust observability.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of how complex IT systems work.
• Knowledge of concurrent programming and geo-distributed clusters.
• Ability to observe, monitor and analyse production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of high-performance, scalable ad display and tracking systems.
• Develop, test, deploy and monitor HTTP/gRPC services and batch jobs in Java and Python.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews and architectural planning.
