Job summary

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw is seeking a Pricing Analyst to translate price changes into actionable insights and support revenue optimization for Personal Lines. You will model pricing scenarios, maintain pricing tools, and work with cross-functional teams to implement decisions.

The role requires a math/quant degree, strong SQL, Python or R skills, and 3+ years of pricing experience; fluent English is essential. Hybrid work with some days in the Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematical or quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL or other database languages.
• 3+ years pricing experience in personal lines.
• Excellent English.
• Experience with pricing software suite (Emblem, Radar, Earnix, Akur8).
• Python and R knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical price changes and translate them into street pricing.
• Fit and maintain customer behavioural models.
• Perform analysis of risk mix changes and make pricing recommendations.
• Provide actual vs technical price insights.
• Own the regular price setting and implementation processes.
• Provide pricing inputs into key business processes.

What we’re looking for?

• Degree in mathematical or quantitative area
• Good command of database related programming (SQL, 4GL or other)
• Strong analytical skills
• 3+ years pricing experience, preferably in personal lines.
• Excellent command of English
• Experience in commercial pricing software suite (Emblem, Radar, Earnix, Akur8 or other) would be a plus
• Exposure to Python and R coding would be a plus
