Job summary

Ascensia Diabetes Care is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Senior Analyst to join its Global Finance team in Warsaw. You will deliver accurate financial reporting and accounting support including month-end close, intercompany transactions, and audit support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance-related fields, 4+ years of experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Hybrid work with full-time employment is offered along with a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong command of IFRS reporting and consolidation.
• Proactive, results-driven with ownership and deadlines.
• Experience in multinational company reporting or audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review balance sheet, P&L, and trial balance data and perform analytics.
• Prepare accruals, provisions, journal entries, and PO reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany recharge and reimbursement activities.
• Support audits and control reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance on IFRS-related accounting matters.
