Ascensia Diabetes Care in Warsaw is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Senior Analyst to join the Global Finance team. You will deliver accurate financial reporting, perform month-end close activities, intercompany transactions, and assist audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, consolidation experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong command of English.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting, including consolidation and group policies.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle).
• Experience in multinational company reporting and/or BIG 4 audits is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review balance sheet, P&L, and trial balance data with analytical assessments.
• Prepare accruals, provisions, journal entries, and PO reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany recharge and reimbursement activities.
• Support external and internal audits and control reviews.
• Maintain master data and support month-end close processes.
