Job summary

GamblingCareers.com recherche un Comptable Sénior pour rejoindre son département Finance. Vous garantirez l’exactitude des enregistrements et soutiendrez les cycles de reporting mensuels et annuels.

Vous serez chargé de la clôture, des déclarations fiscales et des audits, tout en recherchant des améliorations de processus et de l’automatisation dans un cadre multi‑juridictionnel. Une expertise IFRS/GAAP et une maîtrise de D365 sont requises.

Qualifications

• Chartered / Certified Accountant ou qualification équivalente exigé.
• Expérience minimale de 2 ans dans un rôle financier.
• Bonne connaissance des IFRS/GAAP et des rapports financiers.
• Maîtrise de D365 et Excel avancé.
• Excellentes capacités analytiques et souci du détail.
• Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à respecter les délais dans un environnement dynamique.
• Excellentes compétences de communication et esprit collaboratif.

Responsibilities

• Maintenir des registres financiers précis et à jour dans l’ERP.
• Préparer et exécuter les paiements dans plusieurs juridictions.
• Réaliser des reconciliations détaillées des comptes bilan.
• Traiter la paie et préparer les rapports de paie.
• Supporter la clôture mensuelle et la préparation des comptes de gestion.
• Contribuer aux déclarations VAT/impôts et audits.
• Collaborer avec l’équipe finance pour une opération efficace.
• Encadrer et soutenir les autres comptables.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role within the Finance Department, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timely completion of all financial processes. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality accounting records, supporting monthly and annual reporting cycles and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of financial transactions within the ERP system.
• Prepare and execute payment runs across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to bank accounts, customer and vendor balances, accruals, and other general ledger accounts.
• Process payroll documentation and prepare payroll reports across applicable jurisdictions.
• Support month-end closing and the preparation of management accounts.
• Assist in preparing and submitting VAT/tax returns and other statutory reports.
• Assist in coordinating statutory and tax audits, including the preparation of required audit schedules, supporting documentation and responses to auditor queries.
• Collaborate with all finance team members to ensure alignment and efficiency across financial operations.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other accountants.

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered / Certified Accountant or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in D365 and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Proactive, organised and focused on continuous improvement.
• Experience in the gaming industry is desirable but not essential
