Job summary

Pathfinder23 sp. z o.o. invites an enthusiastic E-commerce coordinator to serve as the main contact for clients and to drive digital content and e-commerce projects for the DACH market. The role focuses on organization, cross-team collaboration and process adherence.

The position offers a hybrid work setup with two office days in Warsaw or Poznań and exposure to international clients and workshops, plus growth opportunities in a dynamic digital commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital/e-commerce agency or similar background.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Fluency in English (daily use).
• Nice to have German language knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for the client.
• Manage E-content execution.
• Manage E-commerce projects on the DACH market.
• Organize E-commerce workshops and trends overview for clients and retailers.
• Prepare E-commerce recommendations for the client.
• Manage CARS tracker for DACH (updates, newsletters, recommendations).
• Build good relationships with teams.

This position is fixed-term employment contract for the purpose of replacing an absent employee.

Responsibilities

• Being Single Point of Contact for Client.
• Managing E-content execution.
• Managing E-commerce projects on DACH market.
• Organizing E-commerce workshops and trends overview for the clients and E-retailers.
• Preparing E-commerce reccomendations for the client.
• Managing CARS tracker for DACH (updates, newsletter, client recomendations).
• Building good relationship with teams.

Requirements

Required:

• Around 1-2 year of experience in digital/e-commerce agency or similar background.
• Experience in working with international clients.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English (we speak English on daily basis).
