Job summary

Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC) is the E-commerce division of Assembly. We deliver media and digital commerce tools to accelerate brand performance. This fixed-term role is based in Poland with hybrid work, two days per week in Warsaw or Poznań.

You will act as the Single Point of Contact for clients and manage E-content and e-commerce projects for the DACH market. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in digital/e-commerce with international client exposure, strong organization, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Around 1-2 years of experience in digital/e-commerce agency or similar background.
• Experience in working with international clients.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Being Single Point of Contact for Client.
• Managing E-content execution.
• Managing E-commerce projects on DACH market.
• Organizing E-commerce workshops and trends overview for the clients and E-retailers.
• Preparing E-commerce recommendations for the client.
• Managing CARS tracker for DACH (updates, newsletter, client recommendations).

This position is fixed-term employment contract for the purpose of replacing an absent employee.
