Zusammenfassung

Jabil is seeking an experienced Test Development Engineer to own projects, develop test strategies, and implement test solutions at manufacturing sites or labs. You will collaborate with design, test, manufacturing, PMO, and Quality teams to deliver robust test solutions.

You will travel globally to support activities, develop documentation, and mentor junior engineers while advancing future test strategies for the team.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in test development engineering.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with PCBA testing and manufacturing test strategies.
• Experience with test equipment like high-speed scopes, DMMs, Ethernet switches.

Aufgaben

• Develop manufacturing and design verification test plans for PCBA’s used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Create test equipment solutions for PCBA testing with off-the-shelf and custom hardware.
• Develop test automation scripts for volume manufacturing functional test.
• Prepare test plans and solutions for other products in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Support global manufacturing test engineering teams; travel to sites as needed.
• Generate documentation: test plans, specs, equipment lists, procedures, troubleshooting guides.
• Train and mentor other test engineers and technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis and data-driven troubleshooting on NPI and volume products.
