Job summary

Jabil in Kwidzyn, Poland, is seeking an experienced Test Development Engineer to own test projects for PCBA manufacturing and design verification.

You'll develop test plans, equipment and automation, collaborate across design, test, manufacturing, PMO and quality teams, travel globally as needed.

The role requires strong RCA, experience with TestStand/LabVIEW and a degree in electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience with functional test of digital and analog PCBA’s.
• Experience with standard PCBA test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, switches).
• Develop automation scripts using TestStand, LabVIEW, C/C++, C#.
• Experience supporting manufacturing sites and test strategies for semiconductor equipment.
• Strong problem solving and Root Cause Analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing and design verification test plans for PCBA’s.
• Analyze test plans for coverage, time, and cost efficiency.
• Develop test equipment solutions and collaborate with vendors and designers.
• Create automation scripts for volume manufacturing tests.
• Provide cross-functional support and travel to sites as needed.
• Generate test documentation and train other engineers.
