Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Lead Test Development Engineer in Poland to drive test software, hardware, and tooling for key product programs. You will improve electrical test methods, develop SOWs for testing equipment, and support program management through kickoff meetings and workshops.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree, strong software development skills (LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI, TestStand, C++, C) and knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, LVDS, FlexRay).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or similar with technical education.
• Proficient software development skills in LabVIEW, LabWindows CVI, TestStand, C++ and C.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, LVDS, FlexRay) and flashing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing functional tests (electrical).
• Create and manage test software, hardware, and tooling for product programs.
• Develop statement of work (SOW) for test and programming processes/equipment.
• Support kick-off meetings and MSD workshops with the PML.
• Enforce requirements management for the assigned test process.
• Facilitate test coverage analysis and drive design changes if coverage is insufficient.
