Job summary

LevelBlue in Poland is seeking a Security Technology Management Team Lead to guide analysts and engineers, oversee daily operations, and drive project initiatives while ensuring SLAs and security process improvements.

You will mentor the STM team, coordinate with cross-regional peers, engage with clients, and help implement new features with internal engineering teams, maintaining a culture of growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security or networking experience.
• Experience as an analyst, engineer, or team lead.
• Bachelor/Master degree in IT or related field.
• Security-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security analysts and engineers.
• Coordinate with regional leads and managers to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage vulnerabilities on network devices and coordinate remediation.
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and effective incident handling.
• Assist in shift planning and cross-team collaboration.
