Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company Kraków is seeking a Technology Specialist – Security to join the Digital & Technology Team. You will work with D&T Procurement and security architects to ensure Security by Design across procurement systems and to support cyber security policy adherence.

The role requires 5+ years of IT security experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English. You will coordinate security-related activities, oversee IT controls, and drive remediation with auditors and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business information technology or a related field.
5+ years of working experience in IT security.
Experience with IT suppliers and vendor management, including teamwork coordination.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate D&T Procurement Domain Product Security-related activities.
Support D&T Domain Product Functional and Technical streams in cybersecurity policy.
Oversee IT control activities to keep Procurement systems secure and in compliance with Heineken Security Standard.
Manage Central IT Audits & Security Control Effectiveness Assessment (SCEA).
Drive remediation and mitigation activities based on findings.
Ensure security by design across procurement.
