Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Alternate COMSEC Manager in Jasionka, Lubelskie, Poland. The role involves safeguarding, accounting, and destruction of COMSEC materials, and acting as liaison with U.S./FMS COMSEC accounts and partner entities.

Responsibilities include training personnel, maintaining records, conducting semiannual inventories, and ensuring compliance with NSA/CSSPM 3-16 and NSTISSI 4000 series instructions. A Secret+ clearance and citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience working abroad as a COMSEC Manager.
• Graduate of formal COMSEC training from an appropriate service (normally two weeks).
• Graduate of NSA COMSEC course; courses required to manage the COMSEC Account.

Responsibilities

• Manage COMSEC account and related records, ensure safeguarding and accounting of materials.
• Provide COMSEC training to host nation personnel.
• Maintain certification and pass audits by designated authorities.
• Ensure proper destruction, transfer, and reporting of COMSEC material.
• Inspect and update COMSEC publications and supply chain security.
