Job summary

TEAM International is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the AI platform's security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across enterprise AI initiatives. You will ensure GDPR and EU AI Act alignment while shaping secure, scalable architectures for AI deployment.

Responsibilities include threat modeling, RBAC, audit logging, and collaboration with client security teams to obtain sign-offs. Remote with occasional on-site workshops; 10+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AWS security architecture, IAM, encryption, network security, logging and compliance controls is mandatory.
• Experience implementing GDPR and EU AI Act compliance in complex environments.
• Proven ability to translate security requirements into scalable architectures.

Required Experience

• Deep expertise in AWS security architecture, IAM, encryption, network security, logging, and compliance controls is mandatory

• Define secure platform architectures, data encryption standards, and strict network isolation policies for AI networks
• Ensure all designed AI solutions fully comply with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and local Dutch regulatory frameworks
• Perform systematic threat modeling assessments, data privacy impact assessments, and define prompt security guards
• Collaborate directly with client security and compliance offices to secure technical and operational sign-offs
• Architect role-based access control (RBAC) and detailed audit logging processes for all model interactions
