Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join its Google SecOps/SIEM focus within Risk Assurance. The role involves leading SIEM/EDR deployments, designing monitoring platforms, and translating business needs into secure architectures. You will onboard customers and integrate security with cloud and infra, using IaC and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering cybersecurity engineering projects.
• Degree in information technology, cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience with enterprise SIEM platforms (Google SecOps, MS Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Elastic).
• Experience designing security monitoring and detection capabilities.
• Experience leading customer onboarding, migration or transformation projects.
• IaC and DevOps tooling (Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, English C1+.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIEM, EDR and threat detection deployments for enterprise clients.
• Design and deliver security monitoring platforms across transformations.
• Translate requirements into scalable security architectures.
• Onboard managed-services customers from design to production.
• Implement integrations between security, cloud and infrastructure.
• Apply IaC, CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
• Develop detection content and automation workflows.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders and project teams.
• Produce architecture, implementation and operational documentation.
• Mentor engineers and lead delivery teams.
• Support presales, solution design workshops and proposals.
