Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Google SecOps/SIEM capable team in Warsaw. You will lead security monitoring implementations, design scalable architectures, and mentor delivery teams while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in cybersecurity engineering, a degree in IT/cybersecurity, and hands-on experience with SIEM platforms like Google SecOps, MS Sentinel, Splunk, and Elastic. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity engineering/implementation experience.
• Degree in information technology, cybersecurity or a related technical field.
• Experience with enterprise SIEM platforms (Google SecOps, MS Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Elastic).
• Knowledge of security monitoring and detection capabilities design.
• Experience leading onboarding/migration projects.
• IaC and DevOps tooling experience (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Scripting with Python, PowerShell or Bash.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English (C1+) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of SIEM, EDR and threat detection for enterprise clients.
• Design and deliver security monitoring platforms in various projects.
• Translate requirements into scalable security architectures.
• Onboard managed-services customers from design to production.
• Implement integrations between security, cloud and infrastructure.
• Apply IaC, CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
• Develop detection content, workflows and monitoring use cases.
• Act as trusted technical advisor for clients and teams.
• Produce architecture and operational documentation.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Support presales activities and solution workshops.
