Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer for Google SecOps to own technical vision and delivery for security operations services in a hybrid Poland-based role. You will lead complex SIEM/EDR transformations, define architectures, and drive automation and IaC adoption across teams.

You will mentor engineers, review designs, and collaborate with clients and partners on large-scale engagements, while contributing to recruiting and capability growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Google SecOps or security engineering teams.
• Google Cloud and Google SecOps certifications are a plus.
• Experience supporting presales, solution shaping and large-scale proposals.
• Experience mentoring multiple engineers across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, engineering standards and delivery for Google SecOps services.
• Lead SIEM, EDR and Threat Detection & Response transformation programs.
• Define reference architectures, onboarding frameworks and reusable deployment patterns.
• Lead complex Google SecOps implementations, migrations and managed services onboarding.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD and automation practices.
• Review and approve technical designs and engineering deliverables.
• Mentor, coach and develop security engineers.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for Google SecOps challenges.
• Support recruitment and growth of the Google SecOps engineering team.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients to shape future services offerings.
