Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's may be required at higher levels).
• In-depth knowledge of security automation principles, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Experience with SOAR platforms and integration with various security tools.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and related disciplines (network, endpoint, cloud security).
• Ability to perform complex analysis and support delivery of solutions to intricate security problems.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leadership and guidance to technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and processes related to security automation independently with limited supervision, following specific functional policy and broad procedures to achieve established goals.
• Execute main activities in security automation to obtain important security results for the Cyber Security Engineering & Automation department.
• Participate in small to medium-sized projects of moderate complexity, contributing to process improvements.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of security automation to adapt plans and recommend solutions and best practices.
• Perform complex and non-complex tasks, requiring detailed analysis to understand problems and support delivery of solutions where precedents may not exist.
• Design, develop, and implement automated security solutions to enhance Bunge's security posture and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to professionals and/or support staff on security automation tactics.
• Drive continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements and implementing innovative solutions.
