Job summary

The Security Automation & AI Engineer at ISS A/S in Warsaw, Poland will serve as the technical lead for security process automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives within the Information Security function. You will identify, design and implement automation solutions that increase efficiency, governance and reporting across security services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Security Automation, Software Engineering, AI Engineering, DevSecOps, Security Operations or related technology roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services.
Strong experience in integrating enterprise platforms through APIs, webhooks and modern integration technologies.
Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell scripting for automation and orchestration.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, compliance and audit processes.
Experience working with Jira and integrating with other business or security systems.
Knowledge of data sources, repositories and data management platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyse and prioritise security, governance, risk and compliance processes suitable for automation and AI enablement.
Design, build and maintain automation solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform and Azure services.
Develop AI-assisted workflows to support questionnaires, audits, control assessments and reporting.
Design and implement integrations between Jira, GRC platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Confluence and security tools.
Build and maintain APIs, connectors and data pipelines for automated information exchange.
Automate evidence collection, control monitoring, workflow approvals, notifications and reporting.
Develop dashboards and management reporting to measure efficiency, control effectiveness and automation benefits.
Ensure security, privacy, governance and quality controls in all AI/automation solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify productivity opportunities for security ops.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to security teams on automation and AI best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, technology teams and vendors to deliver automation initiatives from concept to production.
Own continuous improvement, support and optimisation of deployed automation and AI solutions.
