ITRex is seeking a Security Architect to own security and privacy assurance for a self-custody crypto wallet in its first delivery phase. You will work with wallet SDK, backend, mobile, and DevOps teams and coordinate with an independent auditor.

• Experience securing iOS/Android apps and threat modeling across devices and backend.
• Ability to review code for security and coordinate with auditors.
• Strong English communication for auditors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own threat model across device, backend, and integrations.
• Defend self-custody boundaries; prevent server-side access to private keys or seeds.
• Design recovery backups, verification, and fraud logging controls.
• Lead line-by-line signing path security reviews and mobile hardening.
• Oversee SAST/DAST/Software bill of materials and CI/CD security.
• Coordinate remediation with auditors and triage severity findings.
