Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a SAP & Analytics Delivery professional to guide agile transformation initiatives across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and S/4HANA Finance. You will collaborate with Product Owners, finance stakeholders, and global teams to drive continuous improvement.

Role emphasizes facilitation, metrics, cross-team coordination, and a strong command of Polish and English in an international setting. Flexible hybrid work with client-site opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Build experience in Agile delivery for international SAP Finance & Analytics transformation programs.
• Develop your SAP domain knowledge while collaborating with Product Owners, finance stakeholders, technical specialists, and globally distributed delivery teams.
• Strengthen your coaching and facilitation skills by supporting delivery improvement, migration planning, and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience introducing lightweight delivery metrics, feedback loops, or standardized Agile practices.
• Very good command of both Polish and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.
