Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Analytics facilitator to drive Agile delivery across international SAP workstreams. You will coordinate Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams, promoting learning and transparent delivery.

The role involves SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and S/4HANA Finance projects, working in a flexible, hybrid model with Polish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Build experience in Agile delivery for international SAP Finance & Analytics transformation programs.
• Develop SAP domain knowledge while collaborating with Product Owners, finance stakeholders, technical specialists, and globally distributed delivery teams.
• Strengthen coaching and facilitation skills by supporting delivery improvement, migration planning, and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience introducing lightweight delivery metrics, feedback loops, or standardized Agile practices.
• Very good command of Polish and English, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
