Job summary

Accenture Warszawa is seeking an experienced Agile facilitator/Scrum Master to drive SAP Finance & Analytics transformation programs across international delivery teams. You will coach teams, promote Agile practices, and coordinate with Product Owners and finance stakeholders to ensure transparent, value-driven delivery.

The role involves working with SAP modules (BW/4HANA, S/4HANA Finance, Analytics Cloud) and migrating initiatives, with a flexible mix of remote and on-site work at client sites

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile delivery for international SAP Finance & Analytics transformation programs.
• Develop SAP domain knowledge while collaborating with Product Owners, finance stakeholders, technical specialists, and globally distributed delivery teams.
• Strengthen coaching and facilitation skills by supporting delivery improvement and cross-team collaboration.
• Fluency in Polish and English enabling effective communication in an international environment.

Flexible:

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Build experience in Agile delivery for international SAP Finance & Analytics transformation programs.

• Develop your SAP domain knowledge while collaborating with Product Owners, finance stakeholders, technical specialists, and globally distributed delivery teams.

• Strengthen your coaching and facilitation skills by supporting delivery improvement, migration planning, and cross-team collaboration.

• Experience introducing lightweight delivery metrics, feedback loops, or standardized Agile practices.

• Very good command of both Polish and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Scrum Master or other relevant Agile certification.

• Understanding of SAP integration concepts, including IDOC-based interfaces.
