Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland is looking for a Scrum Master to support agile teams and drive continuous improvement. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help remove impediments in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Scrum Master, knowledge of SAFe basics, and strong communication in English. The role offers a flexible schedule with an on-site office in Oliwa, Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Good knowledge of Scrum, SAFe basics, and Kanban principles.
• Strong communication and ability to coach teams.
• English communication skills (B2/C1).

Who are you?

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks (practical approach, not dogmatic).
• Basic understanding of SAFe.
• Familiarity with Kanban principles and practices.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Open mindedness, creativity, and a willingness to learn from mistakes.
• Outcome oriented with strong communication skills.
• Passion for working in the role of Scrum/Agile Master.
• High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to engage others.
• Strong grasp of corporate and strategic perspectives with a high drive for innovation.
• Customer service orientation and assertive approach.
• Proficiency in English for both verbal and written business communication (B2/C1).

You will be responsible for:

• Providing sustainable support and coaching to one or more agile teams.
• Creating an environment that supports continuous improvement and high performance.
• Helping teams focus on delivering valuable increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Facilitating the use of Agile practices and tools (e.g., workshops, scaling patterns).
• Coaching teams on Scrum values and Agile principles.
• Helping remove impediments and unblocking team progress.
• Recognizing team dynamics and applying team-building models to improve collaboration.
• Establishing a culture of openness, trust, and transparency.
• Supporting product management and teams through organizational changes.
• Collaborating with other Scrum Masters.
• Leading or contributing to special initiatives as needed.

  • Senior position 12 000 - 22 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
