Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in the Dolnośląskie region. The role requires managing master schedules for large-scale projects and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of scheduling experience, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and related tools, and excellent communication in Polish and English. This on-site position offers a challenging, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of planning/scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of scheduling policies, methods, and procedures, including risk analysis and risk management.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Powerproject, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Acumen Fuse/Risk and MS Project.
• Ability to create dashboards and summary reports using Power BI.
• Experience working with contractors in project management or scheduler/planner roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.
• Integrate contract packages into the master schedule.
• Review contractor schedules and provide recommendations to client.
• Develop project control procedures to monitor progress.
• Interact with contractor and verify project data for schedule updates.
• Assess contractor EOT claims and prepare defense reports.
• Analyze critical path and constraints to assess impact of changes.
• Plan site logistics for the project.
• Propose micro-management schedules for critical elements.

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Scheduler to join our team. The work location will be in Dolnośląskie region. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale construction projects.

Job Objectives

• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule
• Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule
• Integrate various contract packages into master plan schedule
• Review contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client
• Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client
• Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project
• Interact with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule
• Assess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report
• Put forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim
• Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project schedule
• Work out site logistic planning for project
• Prepare and propose 'micro-management' schedules for critical elements of work

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of planning/scheduling experience
• Strong understanding of planning/scheduling policies, methods, and procedures, including risk analysis, and risk management
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Powerproject, Excel, PowerPoint, with preference for Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, and MS Project
• Ability to create dashboards and summary reports using Power BI
• Skilled in consolidating multiple schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule and delivering project/program status reports
• Solid knowledge of design and project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Experience working with contractors in a project management or scheduler/planner role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong drive and tenacity
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, pharma, automotive and/or data center sector(s)
• Membership in a recognized professional body is desirable
• Fluencyin Polish and English language is requiered
